Shipping & Returns

 

DELIVERY

France Delivery: Orders are shipped via Colissimo with a typical delivery time of 2 business days. Expedited options are available. 

 

UK & Rest of Europe: Delivery time is 2–4 business days via Colissimo. Expedited shipping is available. 

 

US & Canada: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Tracking details will be provided. Customs/duties may apply.  

 

Mauritius Delivery: We do not offer delivery within Mauritius. Products are available for purchase at select stores and hotels. Check out the Our Stores tab.  

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

  

ORDER TRACKING 
You’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Track orders via your account or contact Customer Service for assistance. 

  

SHIPPING COSTS
  • France: Free shipping on orders over 100 Euros. 
  • Other Regions: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

  • Online Returns: Unopened, unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days. Contact Customer Service for returns. 

 

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are handled case-by-case. Contact Customer Service with your order details.  

 

  • Any shipping charges paid by the customer cannot be refunded. 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

  • Returned items must be returned in their original unopened packaging (including cello wrap). 

 

  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
